Batavia Coast Marina Development is
a luxury residential apartment and
mixed-use building on the marina
waterfront in the hub of Geraldton’s CBD.
The building includes 50 apartments, comprising
ten three-bedroom units and 40 two-bedroom
units, along with four commercial tenancies on
the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is the
popular and buzzing Skeetas restaurant, boasting

maximise external areas for the apartments to
emphasise a coastal lifestyle offering.
The mixed-use development incorporates
the highest-quality materials throughout, with
state-of-the-art internal finishes, plus spacious
apartment balconies. These are all enclosed with
full height bi-folding glass doors and high-grade,
tinted Comfort Plus glass.
