nSite Commercial Interiors’ design team
worked collaboratively to produce this
cutting-edge office within a tight timeframe.
The project entailed a complete
demolition, new ceilings throughout, a major
air-conditioning upgrade, complete refurbishment
of the bathroom facilities, new floor covers and a
fitout including the break-out area.
The statement reception area is a major
feature of the office. Fine materials included
reconstituted stone on the reception counter,
with stunning porcelain floor tiles, a striking
window film and the use of contrasting floor
finishes in the boardroom.
Large management offices were designed along
the perimeter of the building to maximise the use
of natural light and provide a private conference
area within the offices. Open-plan work stations
and smaller staff meeting rooms were designed
on the opposite perimeter, signifying the break
between the public and corporate spaces.
Luxurious leather lounges, feature pendants
and a custom timber-panelled ceiling evoke the
quality of finishes that have been used throughout
the office fitout.
