PPG acquired two vacant blocks on Bayview
Terrace in Mosman Park and is currently
developing two three-level, architecturally
designed residences with river and city views.
e design consists of an apartment home
concept allowing residents to live predominantly
on the upper level while enjoying the views.
e four-car undercover garage has a lift and
the low maintenance garden areas make for easy
living. e residences will include high quality
finishes and will be sold on completion.
Previously, PPG purchased a 1271sqm vacant
site on Bindaring Parade in Claremont after
conducting a detailed analysis of the target market
and a feasibility study for the proposed project.
e company developed four luxury
apartments on the site to target the 50-plus
market looking to downsize to a low maintenance
property. While consisting of only two levels, a lift
was installed to provide easy access for residents
and each garage was designed to accommodate
four cars, or a boat or trailer.
On completion, the units all sold for between
$2.35 million and $2.575 million each, confirming
the accuracy of PPG's market analysis.
